Please allow 10-14 business days for receipt of order for standard delivery
of non-customized merchandise. Express orders will ship the following business
day. Some rural areas may add an extra day. Orders shipping to Canada are
shipped standard delivery only via USPS airmail service and may take 2-3
weeks for delivery. Sorry, no rush service is available to Canada. Deliveries
to Alaska and Hawaii will be by standard US mail and may take 4-6 weeks.
For faster service, please upgrade to a FedEx 2 Day rush.
Delivery of Furniture & Drop Ship Items
Some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Expected
delivery times may vary depending on the item. Most pieces are
shipped by a freight company, and if necessary the carrier will contact
you via phone to set up an appointment Monday through Friday (Saturday
delivery available in some areas for an additional fee). Rush
shipping is not available on drop ship items. We regret that these items
cannot ship to destinations outside the contiguous United States.
Returns and Exchanges
Victorian Trading Co. must receive returns within 30 days from receipt.
You will be eligible for a refund or exchange for the full purchase price
(excluding the shipping and handling fee). The type design on personalized
items will be left to the graphic artist's discretion, and unless type is errored,
is non-returnable. All furniture returns will be assessed a 10% re-stocking fee.
Please allow 3-4 weeks for for return credit. All evening gowns and costumes must be returned within 10 days of receipt to receive a refund. After 10 days it will be processed as in-store credit.
Accuracy of Information
We make every attempt to avoid errors in pricing and product information.
If a mistake does occur, we reserve the right to correct it, and we apologize
for any inconvenience.
Express Service
We offer Standard Rush (3-4 business days), 2nd Business Day, and Next
Business Day delivery at the rates shown above.
A physical street address is required, as delivery may be via FedEx. No
PO Boxes, please. There may be additional charges for rush deliveries
over 5 pounds - this also includes items that meet the Free Shipping criteria.
Orders will ship the following business day. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
are not considered business days. Some rural areas may add an extra day.
Custom printed materials and items shipped directly from the manufacturer
do not qualify for express service. 2 day & Next Day Orders placed before
Noon Eastern Time will be shipped the same day.
